I've been thinking about getting an acupuncture mat for ages, but I was kinda skeptical about all the buzz. Bought one a couple of weeks back and let me tell ya - it really does the trick! I’ve got pain in all the muscles on the right side of my body from an old injury in my right foot. The worst spots are in my back, shoulders, and neck. Just lying on the mat for 10 minutes (without any clothes on - it felt a bit prickly at first, but I’m used to it now) takes away all my pain, and when I wake up in the morning, it’s still gone. I use it every evening now, and sometimes during the day to help with anxiety or to pair with meditation. I’ve nearly dozed off on it a few times. It’s fantastic for: pain (anywhere in the body), anxiety, insomnia, and as a meditation helper. They ought to give these out in primary school!

I placed an order for a Yoke Wellness yoga mat, and during checkout, I was given the chance to add more items at a lower price. I mistakenly included a second yoga mat and hit confirm. Once I realized what I had done, I reached out to Yoke Wellness to ask for a cancellation. That was over two weeks ago, and while I keep getting promotional emails from them, nobody has replied to my request about canceling or returning the extra mat. The mats themselves are quite decent. They claim to have extra grip, and I’d say they are pretty grippy, but not completely foolproof. I’ve just decided to keep both mats to save myself the hassle, especially since I haven’t heard back from anyone.

Tried this out for yoga last week and my hands were sliding a bit. The jute was a little scratchy on my hands too. It might not suit everyone, but it's still a solidly crafted item.

Quick shipping, fantastic deal during the sale, and a solid mat. It’s pretty cushy for the knees and doesn’t slip around. At first, it felt a bit prickly, but that faded after a couple of months. You can always flip it over to the smooth side if you prefer!

I can't suggest this product since it's pretty much worthless as a yoga mat. Every time I place my hands down, I just end up sliding all over the place. I even have to tug on my sleeves to avoid landing flat on my face.
